David makes Farinata

Farinata (or Socca as it’s known in France) is one of our favourite street food dishes and all the better that it happens to be naturally vegan and, as it uses chickpea (gram) flour, it’s wheat and gluten free too! If you’re vegan and missing pancakes, this is a great recipe to master and it’s very easy once you’ve got the hang of it.
